The attractive and contemporary Solid Armchair was designed for the respected and high-end manufacturer Vondom by the Italian-born, multi-award-winning artist and designer Stefano Giovannoni.
After graduating in architecture in 1978, Stefano Giovannoni moved to Milan, where he now lives and works. For more than 30 years, the designer has taught architecture at a variety of eminent institutions, including the Florence Faculty of Architecture and Domus University in Milan. The designer has collaborated with a host of prestigious manufacturers, including Cappellini, Saab and Flos. Similarly, Giovannoni has received a myriad of awards for his work, including the Shinchenchiku Residential Design Competiton and Competition for the restructuring of the historical centre at Casteldisangro-Aquila.
Constructed entirely from polypropylene, the Solid Armchair is robust, durable, easy to clean and will remain in peak condition for many years to come. When purchased in groups, the chairs are stackable for easy storage when not in use. Available in a range of harmonious colours, this lovely item of furniture is suitable for any room in the home, office, garden or terrace. Additionally, due to its construction of polypropylene, the Solid Armchair is built to withstand inclement weather and conditions.
