FK63 Sideboard 112x36.2x72.5cm

The FK63 Sideboard 112x36.2x72.5cm has been created by Preben Juhl Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm for the brand Carl Hansen. Named after the surnames of its creators, this sideboard makes fine use of oak wood and provides a beautiful setting for the storage of household essentials.

The FK63 Sideboard 112x36.2x72.5cm has a rectangular profile and measures 112cm wide, 36.2cm deep and 72.5cm high. Kastholm and Fabricius have added two doors to the front of the design and both come with brass handles, while the frame of the sideboard is ultra-slim and made from black painted steel. Inside the unit, one compartments contains seven slender drawers, and these drawers could be the ideal spot to store magazines and documents.

The doors and drawers of the FK63 Sideboard 112x36.2x72.5cm have been fashioned from FSC-certified Scandinavian oak wood, ensuring that every product will have a minimal environmental impact. The surface of the sideboard has been left open, and will be an excellent place to display ornaments or photos, while there is a small amount of clearance underneath. The unit can be used alone but would also work exceptionally well in combination with other entries in the FK63 collection, all of which use natural wood in striking ways.
