Ausi Suspension Lamp

The Ausi Suspension Lamp has been created by the in-house studio for the brand graypants. Featuring a woven cardboard structure which resembles traditional baskets or ceramic jars, the Ausi lamp is both environmentally friendly and visually impressive.

Characterised as a "scraplight" due to its use of 100% recycled cardboard, the Ausi Suspension Lamp is anything but disposable. The use of advanced laser cutting equipment has enabled the designers to turn reclaimed materials into something aesthetically remarkable. Serrated ridges and cleverly added spaces combine with an aperture underneath the diffuser, allowing light to escape in all directions and creating an attractive glow wherever the lamp is used.

The rounded shade of the Ausi Suspension Lamp is available in a range of sizes. The smallest version has a diameter of 19cm and measures 24cm tall, the medium option has a 20cm diameter and is 28cm tall, while a larger version has a 36cm diameter and measures 39cm tall. In all cases, the lamp comes with a 200cm cable, allowing it to be hung at varying heights, while weights vary from 1.2kg to 2.5kg. Inside the diffuser, the graypants studio has added a single socket, accommodating an efficient bulb. Bulbs are not included, and the appropriate bulb with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
